Our fee to retrieve title is $30

Copy it word for word, including middle names, initials, punctuation, and phrases like "as joint tenants" or "as trustee of." Do not correct or shorten anything, even if it looks wrong.

For example: a maiden name, a misspelling, a deceased person still listed, a trust that was later changed. Describe what you see. We will not change anything without your direction.
