Nevada law governs this contract. Nothing in this contract limits or waives any right or protection given to you by Chapter 240A of the Nevada Revised Statutes.

If you suffer a pecuniary loss as a result of a violation of Chapter 240A, you may bring an action against me in any court of competent jurisdiction. Nevada law provides that you may recover $500 or twice the amount of your pecuniary loss, whichever is greater. If you are the prevailing party, the court shall award you your costs of suit and reasonable attorney's fees.

I will not ask you to give up any protection given to you by Chapter 240A. Any such waiver is contrary to public policy and void.

PAYMENT: After submitting this form, you will receive a separate contract and payment link to complete your payment. Work will begin once payment is received in full. TruPoint will give you a written receipt for each payment.

Fees for services that have been performed are non-refundable, subject to the cancellation policy described above. In all cases, TruPoint will not retain any fee for a service that has not been performed or any cost that has not been incurred. If you cancel this contract, TruPoint will refund any amount you paid for services not performed and will immediately return to you all original documents you provided.

By typing my full legal name below, I intend to electronically sign the Document Preparation Services Disclosure, the Document Preparation Services Contract, the Notice to Client, and the Declaration of Client-Provided Information. I agree that my electronic signature has the same force and effect as a handwritten signature under the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act, NRS Chapter 719, and the federal E-SIGN Act.
